Variable Buoyancy Bladder System

Three expandable compartments offering variable buoyancy capability and adjustable slimline neck and extended back panel width. The wing is an ideal fit for most rebreathers. Two wing sizes 31-47 lbs and 50-76 lbs buoyancy capability per bladder. One size, fully adjustable harness and stainless steel back plate multi-holed to allow any configuration. The buoyancy cell has a two layer construction with an elasticated and cordless side panel for controlled, even deflation. The outer layer is black high denier cloth highly resistant to snags, tears and puncturing. The internal bladder is constructed from a well-proven, treated polyurethane based material.

Custom Divers Backplate

The backplate is available in two sizes, standard and extended. The extended size is designed to fit people of 6' 3" (190 cm) and above. Available as standard in 316 marine grade stainless steel (2.1 Kg/4.6 lbs) or to order in aluminium (0.8 Kg/1.8 lbs); plates are 3mm thick.

The backplate features:

HID 18W Lighting System 3.7 AH

The CDH18 is a 3.7 amp hour rechargable 12V nickel metal hydride 18W HID lighting system. It weighs approximately 2.4 kgs on land and 1.3 kgs in fresh water. The dimensions are 50 x 203 mm, and the burn time is approximately 70 minutes.

Custom Divers Reels

The reels have been designed to work by ratchet or on free run. The appropriate mode is selected by pulling and turning the selection knob which is located at the bottom of the spool. Because of its unique design, the reels are snag-free and the tension of the spool run may also be adjusted to suit individual needs. The reels are available in two sizes, 50 and 125 metres, with a choice of white, neon yellow or pink line.

Custom Divers Standard Reels

We still produce a standard stainless steel reel in two stock sizes. A tried and tested design that remains a favourite with many divers. Each reel can be adapted to right or left handed use. The reels are available in two sizes, 50 and 125 metres, with white line on the 125 metre version, and neon yellow, white or pink line, on the 50 metre version.

The CDH15 is a 1.8 amp hour rechargable 12V nickel metal hydride 10W HID Hand Held lighting system. It weighs approximately 0.8 kgs on land and 0.5 kgs in fresh water. The dimensions are 44 x 203mm, and the burn time is approximately 105 minutes.
