PADI Discover Scuba Diving Course in Thailand
Diving Go Diving Today! No Experience Necessary!
The PADI Discover Scuba program lets you experience the thrill of diving under the supervision of a PADI Professional in pool or pool-like conditions. During your adventure, you'll master some basic concepts and scuba skills and might even head off to experience an open water adventure.
Prerequisites
You should be at least 10 years old to attend this course.
We pride ourselves on the provision of first class and safe training and as such require you to complete Medical Statement Form and Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Form (Adobe pdf format) to ensure that you are medically fit to dive. If you answer YES to any of the questions, it doesn't mean you cannot learn to dive, it simply means that you will need to see your doctor, to ensure that any condition you may have will not be made worse by diving. If in doubt ask.
Course Includes
PADI Discover Scuba video and Instructor Presentation
2 Confined Water dives in a pool or 2 Boat Dives in a pool like conditions
Course Structure
You will watch short PADI Discover Scuba video, or will briefed with the Discover Scuba Diving Flip Chart by one of our Multilingual Instructors. After that you'll be ready to jump in the water and experience scuba diving.
Equipment
All equipment for the course will be supplied, but we recommend to purchase your own mask, snorkel and fins. Whole line of diving equipment is available at any dive shop. For students, training with us, we have special 10% discount on all equipment available in our dive shop at Nana Station BTS in Bangkok or in our online store.
What is Next
As soon as you Discover Scuba Diving, you're on your way to an internationally recognized certification. That's because you may learn skills used in the PADI Open Water Diver course during your Discover Scuba Diving adventure. If you and your instructor elect to practice these skills, they may be credited toward the PADI Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver certifications.
