PADI Open Water Diver Course in Thailand

This certificate will allow you to dive with another certified diver or any PADI Professional to a maximum depth of 18 meters virtually anywhere in the world. You'll learn about scuba fundamentals, equipment and diving techniques in a classroom. Plus, you'll practice skills by diving in a pool and experience 4 open water dives with PADI Instructor.
The PADI Open Water certification card allows you to book on dive charters and resort diving, hire and purchase equipment, and expand your diving skills through PADI's Advanced and Specialty Dive programs. It's your ticket to a lifetime of adventure.
We have a large staff of multi-lingual PADI instructors to take you individually or in small groups to learn to dive. So you can start today and within 4 Days (average length of course) you will be certified for life.
Prerequisites
You should be at least 10 years old to attend this course and be able to swim 200 meters. Virtually anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can earn a PADI Open Water Diver certification.
We pride ourselves on the provision of first class and safe training and as such require you to complete Medical Statement Form and Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Form (Adobe pdf format) to ensure that you are medically fit to dive. If you answer YES to any of the questions, it doesn't mean you cannot learn to dive, it simply means that you will need to see your doctor, to ensure that any condition you may have will not be made worse by diving. If in doubt ask.
Junior Open Water Diver
For students between 10 to 15 years of age, we offer Junior Open Water program, which will allow you to dive to a maximum of 12 meters when accompanied by a certified diver.

Course Materials
You will need to purchase your own PADI Open Water Diver Manual which include Recreational Dive Planner (metric), Record File and a Dive Log to record your achievements.
Course Structure
The course may be completed in 4 days and we will organize it to fit your schedule at most dive locations in S.E. Asia. Classroom session usually starts at 10 o'clock, but evening sessions may be organized, upon request. Classroom session will include an orientation, 5 Modules of PADI Open Water Video or DVD with a language of your choice and instructor presentation. All theory is completed as home study with a review during a classroom session. That is followed by pool session of skill development and practice.
Equipment
All equipment for the course will be supplied, but we recommend to purchase your own mask, snorkel and fins. Whole line of diving equipment is available at any dive shop. For students, training with us, we have special 10% discount on all equipment available in our dive shop at Nana Station BTS in Bangkok or in our online store.
Open Water Referral
The referral option offers you the opportunity to complete all your classroom and pool sessions, before you get to your holiday destination. It is suitable for those, who do not want to waste time in a classroom during their vacation and ready to jump into more tropical waters than those around Denmark or UK.
