PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course in Thailand

This course is an internationally recognized diving certification

Once gained, you will be able to hire equipment and dive with a buddy to a maximum depth of 30 meters nearly anywhere in the world!

This course is a vital step in making you more confident as a diver by allowing you to experience different types of diving under the supervision of an instructor. It is also a pre-requisite for the Rescue Diver course.

Prerequisites
You will need to hold a PADI Open Water certificate or equivalent.

We pride ourselves on the provision of first class and safe training and as such require you to complete Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Form (Adobe pdf format).

Junior Advanced Open Water Diver
The Junior Advanced Open Water rating is also available and is designed for those aged 12 to 15 and who hold PADI Junior Open Water Diver certificate or equivalent This qualification will extend your maximum depth to 21 meters.

Course Materials
You will need to purchase your own start up pack which includes a PADI Advanced Open Water Manual and Dive Log if you do not have one.

Course Structure
The course is run over two days and consists of 5 dives. Two dives (deep and navigation) are mandatory. The other three can be selected from dives such as Underwater Search and Recovery, Boat, Wreck, Drift, Dry Suit and Peak Performance Buoyancy. Your instructor will advise and recommend which three elective dives would best suit your needs. For those with time restrictions or a preference for private tuition, we can arrange one to one training at an extra charge.

Equipment
All equipment for the course will be supplied, but we recommend to purchase your own mask, snorkel and fins. Whole line of diving equipment is available at any dive shop. For students, training with us, we have special 10% discount on all equipment available in our dive shop at Nana Station BTS in Bangkok or in our online store.

Open Water Referral
The referral option offers you the opportunity to complete all your classroom and pool sessions, before you get to your holiday destination. It is suitable for those, who do not want to waste time in a classroom during their vacation and ready to jump into more tropical waters than those around Denmark or UK.
