PADI Rescue Diver Course in Thailand
Accident Prevention for Scuba Divers
The PADI Rescue Diver program makes the subject of accident prevention and management not only fun but also extremely rewarding! Until now your training has emphasized basic accident prevention and safe diving.
The PADI Rescue Diver course takes you to the next level, expanding this to include accident management and rescue techniques.
You’ll learn how to anticipate, prevent and manage potential dive accidents. From assisting a tired diver to handling emergency scenarios, you’ll practice applying the knowledge and skills that can make a difference in the unlikely event problems do arise.
Prerequisites
Be at least 15 years old
PADI Advanced Open Water certificate or equivalent.
A current certificate of First Aid Training (Including CPR).
Junior Rescue Diver
For students between 12 to 15 years of age, we offer Junior Rescue Diver program.

Boat Dives and Open Water Skills Practice

Course Materials
You will need to purchase your own start up pack which includes a PADI Rescue Diver Manual and Slates.
Course Structure
The course is run over two evenings and two days. During which you will participate in knowledge development, skills development and scenario training. There are 10 skills to master before the final 2 realistic rescue scenarios and exam.
Equipment
All equipment for the course will be supplied, but we recommend to purchase your own mask, snorkel and fins. Whole line of diving equipment is available at any dive shop. For students, training with us, we have special 10% discount on all equipment available in our dive shop at Nana Station BTS in Bangkok or in our online store.
