Transport for Divers in Thailand
How to reach dive sites in Thailand
Traveling around Thailand is easy. Roads are in excellent condition. Many options are available, such as air-conditioned buses, minibuses, cars or taxi. Many local and international airlines offer flights from Bangkok and Phuket.
We dove everywhere in Thailand many times, analyzed every option available for divers and snorkel's and would like to share our experience here.
We give you a few options and approximate cost for your trip to your favorite dive site. If you cannot find what you are looking for, contact us and we will arrange for you, or give you even more information.

From Don Muang Airport (Bangkok) Bus service run by Thai International Airlines. Tickets can be purchased just outside the customs hall. Departure from Bangkok Airport Daily at 9am, noon and 7pm. |

From North Morchit Bus Terminal, which is closer to the airport. Air-conditioned buses run every 30 minutes from 4:30am to 8pm From South Ekkamai Bus Terminal in Bangkok Air-conditioned buses run every 20 minutes to Pattaya from 6am to 11pm, buses are clearly labeled in English. A taxi ride from a Don Muang Airport to Ekkamai Bus Terminal cost 200-250 Baht. |

For our corporate clients and groups of divers (up to 10 people), we offer minibus service. We can pick you up from Don Muang International airport, or your hotel in Bangkok 24 hours a day and transport you to hotel or Our Dive Shop in Pattaya. Return is included, you will be picked up from hotel or dive shop at the time you request. |

For our divers, we offer personal car and driver. We can pick you up from Don Muang International airport, or your hotel in Bangkok 24 hours a day and transport you to hotel or Our Dive Shop in Pattaya. Return is included, you will be picked up from hotel or dive shop at the time you request. |

Transfer times from the airport vary from 1?-2 hours depending on traffic conditions. If you choose to highway, except to pay another 60 Baht toll. Some taxi companies will offer to pay first toll, please ask when booking. Bangkok Taxis have lighted sign "TAXI" or "TAXI-METER". They also are painted in vivid colors. Avoid any type of soliciting inside or outside of the airport. Use only official taxi counters. |

Bangkok to Trad
First bus at 4:00 am and then every hour until 11:00pm from Ekkamai an Morchit bus Terminal. Transfer to pier and ferry required. Do not buy tickets for 99 Baht bus! It will stop on every station!

Trad to Bangkok
From Koh Chang by ferry and then take "Song Taew" to Bus Station
First bus at 4:00 am to 11:00 pm every hour to Ekkamai an Morchit bus Terminal.
